Jamie is the most energetic neighbor, he is often seen skating around town or thinking of a new stunt to try. His segments focus on first aid and safety, often reminding the viewers about wearing a helmet when riding a bike or to keep their room clean so they can avoid tripping and falling. He often applies these lessons by being an example of what not to do, by getting injured from being reckless nearly every episode. He doesn't get along with the more responsible characters very well, but he still tries his best to be on decent terms with everyone.
