Rosemary is the host of Sunrise town, and she likes to teach her friends ASL. She tries to be positive in any situation but often struggles to ask for help when she needs it, especially when the problem involves reading. She struggles to make out words due to her dyslexia, but still tries her best to read books with her best friend Roxi! She doesn't let anyone in town to get excluded.
