Roxi runs the library in town, where she spends most of her time keeping everything in tip-top shape. When she's out you can usually find her under a tree with a good book or talking to her best friend Rosemary. She's a bit of a know it all, and can accidentally find herself going on long tangents about topics mentioned in conversation. While she's not as close to the others in town, she always means well and is happy to find them the perfect book or bit of advice they're searching for. Her biggest weakness is her sweet tooth, which causes her to do almost anything if it's followed by the promise of a cupcake or chocolate bar.
