The town librarian!

Roxi runs the library in town. She spends most of her time in the library but when she's out you can usually find her under a tree with a good book or talking to Rosemary. She's a bit of a know it all, but means well, and can get very excited at an opportunity to share facts about a topic she's knowledgeable on. Interestingly, she seems to struggle making friends in town, as she's only very close with Rosie. Despite that, she loves to help anyone who needs advice.
