Wendy is the most organized neighbor, who tends to plan her week out months early. She sometimes has two segments compared to other characters only receiving one. Her first segment forecasts the weather in the area for the week. Her second segment teaches about how the weather forms and works. According to the show, her favorite type of weather is hail. She also seems to be best friends with Sarah and Sabrina!
